• Serves as immediate supervisor of about 10 nursery teachers.
• Plans & minutes monthly and annual staff meeting in coordination with the nursery director and nursery administrator.
• Plan & create monthly/annual curriculum in coordination with all the teachers & nursery director and administrator; ensuring the needs of children are met and goals of the nursery is achieved.
• Prepare & send out regular circulars to teachers& parents on different nursery events.
• Organizes indoor and outdoor activities of the nursery such as fieldtrips, annual day, fun day.
• Moderator of different multi-media facilities such as facebook and whatsapp in helping promote the nursery & disseminate activity related information.
• Regularly update staff list & student list requirement on a monthly basis.
• Conducts training to teachers on effective lesson planning, timetable & classroom management.
• Designates student allocation for each teacher on roll.
• Offer support and mentoring to trainee-teachers, liaising with colleagues as required.
• Perform administrative & clerical works as needed in the office.
