Interacting with hotel sales on regular basis for updating the hotel rates parity issue.
Attending meetings on behalf of my Manager to maintained a good relationship between the company and the supplier.
Compare and checking the rates through other suppliers/competitors and maintained with regards to the rates parity issue.
Uploading rates, promotional rates, special offers and any amendments related to the contracts from the hotel especially during events & exhibitions period in B2B online portal.
To be able to handle queries on room rates, hotel facilities services and special promotions pertaining to their corresponding contracts.
Liaising and Assisting reservation team in case of any problem in terms of rate clarification.
Monitoring /updating Stop Sales/Free Sales as well as the room allocations in our B2B online portal.
Follow up with the Hotel via email/calls regarding contracts and promotions updates and clarification.
Supervising the rest of the team to ensure that all contracts specially promotional offers and amendments are circulated and uploaded accurately in our B2B online portal within a time span of 24 hours & quality of the contract is maintained.
Handling the Department in absence of Department head.
Handling Contracting clarification from travel agencies, tour operators, corporate companies and Free Individual Travelers.

Updating rates, promotional rates and special offers from the hotel especially during events & exhibitions period in the system (Sejour Back office & B2B online system).
Updating Hotel tariff and sending to all partners.
To be able to handle queries on room rates, hotel facilities services and special promotions pertaining to their corresponding contracts.
Responsible for clarifying rates via telephone & e-mail for the agents.
Assisting reservation team in case of any problem in terms of rate clarification.

Responsible of making promotional flyers and special offers from the hotel and sending to all partners.
