- Communicates to client with their queries and requests.
- Providing General assistance to the Accounts and Sales Team
- Effectively communicate via phone or email and deliver all duties in a timely and high quality manner.
- Preparing invoices, purchase orders, and quotations.
Attends to Tender invitations.
- Preparing weekly/monthly sales and progress reports.
- All administrative and clerical tasks.
- Supporting sales team for internal production, email correspondence and work flow.
- Filing documents as per the document control procedure
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Keeps and maintain confidential documents of the company including contracts.
- Maintain contacts lists.
Attends to Tender invitations and bids for a specific client list in the Laboratory division.
