Administrative:

• Full knowledge about Bateel products as well Navision system, NopCommerce, Network International Payment system, and Qlikview
• Assist in retail administrative processes and coordination of activities related to all boutiques
• Information dissemination to all boutiques regarding products (upcoming new packaging items, new products and products to be phased out), inventory, cut-off schedule of ordering, holiday announcement, shop display guide, list of available stocks, stock transfers and the like

• Consolidate and validate Petty Cash reimbursement and submission to accounts on a monthly basis
• Responsible for creating Product Launch Form for new items
• Update employee details in the Navision system for the POS of specific retail boutiques
• Prepare product inventory reports, sales report from Qlikview and Navision, and make PowerPoint presentation of all reports for board meetings (statistical report and abstract)
• Pioneering the E-Commerce/Online Store within the UAE, overseeing order, deliveries as well as product movement.
• Monitor and update products online regarding price and availability.
• Keep track of all online orders for all locations within UAE, GCC and non-GCC
• Deal with customer enquiries and complaints

Logistics
• Equipped with capability to oversee product shipments with regards to import and export procedures and requirements in different locations
• Monitor and update stock availability and stock movement of all items as well as near expiry items, phase out items and newly launched items.
• Extract reports from Navision System and Qlikview for overseeing and monitoring stock movement and availability necessary for planning of stocks.
Finance

• Assist all boutiques in all account-related concerns such as making Proforma Invoices and quotations for retail customers
• Create online payment link for all retail customers and online customers thru Network International Payment system
• Coordinate with Account’s Department and Boutiques regarding corporate customer payments.
