• Joined Ericsson, Sudan Branch in January 2008 as Solution Integrator in Multimedia & Solution Integration Department (MM&SI)
• Responsibilities include the implementation of the new multimedia and charging system nodes, their integration with the existing nodes and future support for the newly introduced nodes.
• Assumed the responsibilities of Solution Integrator and delivery Solution Architect for charging platforms, service layer and multimedia nodes
• Assumed the troubleshooting and emergency handling responsibilities as Systems Support Engineer
• Assumed the role of Customer Network Support (CNS) Team Leader as primary point of contact and interface with MTN Sudan and handling for customer service and change requests and all support issues

• Assumed the role of Customer Project Manager (CPM) in 2011 and have since then delivered several complex projects successfully such as CBC and EMA for MTN account and currently handling LBS and VPN for Zain.
• Delivery of LBS and VPN projects for Zain account and deputy CFR role for Mobile Number Portability porject (for OSS, BSS and Multimedia domains) for MTN account
• Main driver for MTN Weekly PRM Meeting and Account Team meeting.
• Chairman of Ericsson Social Charity Program and Overcome Committee in Sudan.
• Ericsson Sudan Brand Champion and member of the “Building a Winning Culture” strategic task force.
• Receiver of Regional Recognition Award - Class 2 for delivery of EMA Single Point of Provisioning for MTN Sudan and Class 3 for delivery of VAS Program for Djibouti Telecom (USSD, RBT, MiO and MSP)

• Due to exemplary performance, reinstated as IN Engineer in Network Services Team after only 9 months (May 2006)
• Transferred as Head IN Engineer in Operation & Maintenance Department in Technical Support Team
• Put together Value-Added-Services (VAS) Team and included AAA, SMS, VMS nodes under one umbrella and recruited three staff to the team.
• Appointed as VAS Team Leader (last title)
