Preparing quotations Answer inquiries through email, mobile and telephone. Communicate before and after sending quotation / proposal. Maintaining their record and updating comments in CRM. Maintaining active relationship with other companies. Making sales reports and monitoring cash fow status. Stock allocation for dispatch material. Co-ordinate with costumer for daily orders and material requirement. Knowledge of ERP system / Tally. Co-ordinate with logistics Releasing Sales Order & Proforma Invoice after receiving the order with the help of Tally / CRM. Payment Follow-up. Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time. Resolving any sales related issues with customers. Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers. Supporting the feld sales team. Making follow-up calls to confrm sakes orders or delivery dates. Follow‐up with clients on the same. Updating client's details in CRM (Google Streak) Offering after-sales support to customers. Communicating with customers before and after a sale. Maintaining good relationships with existing clients to gain repeat business wherever possible. Keeping data of dispatches and monthly sales
