 Scheduling the project in steps and budget time required to meet deadlines with the Construction Manager.
 Supervise the overall project execution and progress as per project schedule and approved plan.
 Manage full site team to conduct inspections on the different on-going works to ensure conformity with drawings & specifications.
 Handle the allocation and management for staff.
 Overview site inspection, check and approve finished work.
 Ensure coordination between Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and Architectural teams on site.
 Conduct kick-off meetings, with Client and contractor to define and study project’s details project steps for site preparation and confirm the contractors’ responsibilities in terms of labours, tools, work schedule, submittals and safety.
 Conduct progress meetings with client and contractor to evaluate progress and outstanding issues.
 Conduct technical & coordination meetings with contractor to resolve technical & coordination issues.
 Review, check and approve the contractor’s work schedule in coordination with the planning engineer.
 Final approval of contractor’s material submittals, workshop drawings, method statements subcontractors etc. in addition to answering contract’s technical queries in coordination with related team.
 Correspondences with Contractor and Client.
 Lead the design changes process as per client’s requirements in coordination with design team.
 Monitoring work progress as per the approved program, analyzing delays & contractors time extension claims.
 Analyzing contractor’s cost claims, variations & resolving contractual disputes in coordination with project Q.S & contract department.
 Final evaluation & approval of contractor’s claims and variations after consultation with client.
 Analyzing contractor’s payment & issuing payment certificates to client in coordination with Q.S.
 Follow-up and approaching concerned authorities like DEWA & D.M to resolve any related issues.
