• Develop the IT strategy, short and long term objectives.

•Follow up on the daily requests sent to the IT department and make sure the IT task processes are being implemented internally.
•Follow up on all the helpdesk requests and make sure it is being dealt with in a timely manner.
•Project management on implementing virtualization environment on two different branches using Hyper V 2012 and VMware.
•Manage the Windows Servers 2008 and 2012 running on the virtual machines.
•Supervise and Manage the Domain Controller and Exchange Server 2010 performance, processes and rules on 2 different sites.
•Supervise and Manage the Solaris 10 environment which is hosting the Oracle database and application.
•Recognize and resolve the daily requests sent to the IT department and make sure the IT service processes are being delivered and implemented.

• Head the team that is in charge of planning and executing the global ERP implementation plan starting from a pilot location and rolling out the implementation across the Group of companies geographically spread across the region.
• Take charge in negotiation and management of solution providers and outsourcing partners.
• Take responsibility for overall management of the ERP system including the support of current modules, as well as the management of future implementations.
• Establish system support mechanisms to assure that the ERP and related systems are available as required.
• Manage a team of application resources to implement stable, scalable and secure applications.
• Apply formal Systems Development Life Cycle process to assure functionality, security, quality and regulatory compliance of deployed systems
• Develop and maintain the ERP system to provide secure, efficient, and consistent employee access to company data
• Work with IT staff to ensure ERP systems comply with existing infrastructure requirements and integrate with security systems, network infrastructure, and other business systems
• Monitor and expand ERP and related software systems as needed to assure adequate security, performance and capacity
• Take charge of departmental budgeting and resource planning
• Recruit, develop and retain a high performing team including conducting annual performance evaluations
• Implement ERP training and application/modules roll-out strategies
