• Managing and controlling overall operations and processing of human resources.
• Supervising 12 employees under the human resources and trainig departments.
• Coordinate and assess training needs for employee with internal and external institutes and training centers.
• Selection of peoople for training.
• Preparing contracts, offers, termination and letter of appointments.
• Aware of all related rules and laws in Kuwait pertaining works and labors.
• Aware of all rules and regulations of medical fiels and registration and approving of working staff at state of kuwait based on private sector department at the ministry of health and medical licenses department.
• Prerparing, review and analysis for appriasal and rewards for all power of the hospital.
• Management representative for ISO committee from inception to completeion, supervise and control all the technical and mangerial requirements for the committee.
• Dealing, contracting with recuriment agencies in/out side Kuwait for staff availability.
• Payroll preparation and approval.
• Controlling all forms such as leaves, attendance, vacations, resignations, residencies, licenses, commercial licences, medical licesnse
• Managing and approving all arrangements of employee entertainment such as camps, parties…etc…
• Other positions and departments having partial and complete responsibilities are under my supervision such as:
