• Business paper (supported by month long daily check with labor work, productivity and machine efficiency) was then used as a validation that the company will reach the requirement of the project as an adherence to the contract. Employees productivity has increased significantly and weekly targets has reached. In the long run, the project has been delivered smoothly to the client.

Headquarters Consumption Analysis (2014-2017) • Initiated and maintained a report which was used to understand and monitor the HQ’s basic consumption.
• Identified extreme usage of power and water in some areas and existence of consumption to unoccupied flat. Escalated to the management and the company acted on it. Delivered cost savings to the company.

• Escalated warehouse disorganization i.e. unmatched physical stocks against oracle data and mis-management of liquid materials. Educated warehouse personnel with the proper management and recommended action to maintain the order of the units as matched to the system.
