As an Engineering Manager, I have managed the implementation and closeout of engineering projects within the CSP program, primarily relating to water pumping stations, water networks, wastewater systems, and solar power plants. My responsibilities included managing project schedules, costs, scope, risks, quality, and stakeholder engagement. I have facilitated effective collaboration among subcontractors, including consultants, supervision firms, and implementing contractors, ensuring seamless coordination for timely and successful project delivery. Additionally, I have controlled project progress by monitoring risks, addressing issues, and ensuring that construction activities adhere to safety and environmental standards, while remaining compliant with USAID and corporate engineering protocols and standards.

As a Mechanical Engineering Specialist, I've served as the technical focal point across a range of projects including water pumping stations, water networks, wastewater systems, and solar power plants. My responsibilities have encompassed reviewing and validating activities' conceptualization, drafting projects scope of work, conducting initial reviews of subcontractors' work plans, drafting activity risk assessment reports, and environmental assessment checklists. I've managed the scope, cost, and schedule of projects, ensuring alignment with program outcomes, and provided quality control management during implementation by reviewing supplier material submittals and conducting on-site follow-ups. Additionally, I've reviewed construction quality assurance reports, contributing insights for project closeout and lessons learned

As a Field Officer Engineer, I led technical site visits for projects, assisting in feasibility studies and idea formulation. I prepared preliminary designs, BOQs, cost estimates, and technical specifications summaries. Throughout the bidding process, I provided technical support, addressed queries, conducted site visits, and evaluated proposals. I validated works through quality control processes and submitted detailed technical reports. Additionally, I supervised contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with technical specifications and schedules. I contributed to community stabilization and development programs by writing technical elements for proposals, conducting community profiles and meetings, and maintaining stakeholder relationships for effective development projects.
I led the wastewater division team, ensuring that projects’ goals are aligned with government policies and national strategies. I developed and implemented operation, maintenance, and safety plans for wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) and lifting stations in south Lebanon. Monitoring operational reports, I maintained efficient treatment and environmental effluent standards. Additionally, I led the design of WWTPs and infrastructure projects, and guided the execution of rehabilitation projects for treatment plants and sewer networks. Analyzing the wastewater masterplan, I proposed essential sewerage projects. I issued technical specifications for tender documents, assessed bidders both technically and financially, and tracked budgets and schedules for tasks. Also, my responsibilities included formal coordination with governmental institutions, ministries, and NGOs.
I planned and executed all HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and sanitation works, ensuring seamless coordination with electrical and civil teams. Assigning daily targets, I ensured successful completion of tasks. Additionally, I ensured compliance of mechanical work with approved drawings and specifications, and generated estimates and bills of materials from mechanical shop drawings.
I organized the factory's work plan, increasing production rates and meeting predefined schedules. I adjusted the waste optimization process to reduce raw material waste. Additionally, I implemented a reverse osmosis water treatment system for the production line, facilitating the addition of sensitive Low-E coated glass to the company's product offerings.
