• Reporting to Managing Director.
• To handle all Electrical and Diesel Generators related matters.
• Recently completed fully automated layer unit with M/s BIG DUTCHMAN, Designed the complete unit i.e., Power house, Main panels, MCC, power and control cables selection, Prepare BOQ and ensured material deliveries accordingly. Successfully executed and commissioned the whole unit in all aspects related to E&I.
• Operation and maintenance of generators (CATERPILLAR, CUMMINS, PERKINS, JOHN-DEERE and VOLVO) having capacities of 30 KVA to 1 MW.
• Supervision of 208KW on grid solar project consists of Huawei Sun 2000 (110KW) Inverters and Jinko 545W Solar Panels.
• Currently working on 4MW solar projects at different sites based on power purchase agreement.
• Implemented Energy efficiency techniques to save electrical cost.
• Coordinate with DISCO’s (Electrical supply companies) in case of any problem such as: Power failure, Electricity Bills, Meter problem, legal matters etc.
• Maintenance of transformers at all sites.
• To look after all purchase related matters to electrical department
I worked on EPC project of 14.5MW cogen power plant.

•Working as project in charge for E&I activities.
•Review electrical and instrumentation related details of Wartsila L9W34DF and CAT C175-20 gensets
•To review/analyze all technical details given in tender documents
•After reviewing Prepare shop drawings accordingly.
•Review the design and coordinate with consultant, client, and engine supplier for execution.
•Preparation of Electrical Layouts Like Electrical Equipment Layout, Earthing Mesh Layout, Engine Hall & M.V Room Lighting, Equipment Earthing, Cable Trays, Control Room etc.
•Execution of Earthing mesh in M.V Room and Engine Hall with CAD weld.
•Preparation of BOQ for Cable Trays with accessories, Earthing, CAD Weld material, M.V/L.V Cables, Control Cables, Cables termination accessories, Lighting material and other equipments etc and give go ahead to procurement team for further action.
•To prepare termination plan for M.V, L.V and control cables.
•Project scheduling/planning in accordance with procurement data.
•To prepare technical submittals according to approved manufacturer list.
•Arrange samples as per consultant/client requirements.
•To ensure the execution of complete job according to design.
•To raise RFIT (request for inspection/testing) after execution of respective job.
•To prepare daily progress report, with reference to DPR analyze the daily work scenario and take remedy action immediately where required (Like manpower, ensure material availability, Transportation of material etc.).
•Coordination with all other MEPs during shop drawing preparation and execution phase.
•Testing of all electrical equipment according to standards.
•Installation and Testing of CAT EMCP-4.2
•Installation, Testing and commissioning of WARTSILA CFA, CFC, BJA, BFA panels.
•Supervision of M.V cables laying/testing/termination kits.
•Installation, Testing and commissioning of L.V panels according to standards.
• Worked as E&I project engineer for installation of new 135 MT caustic soda plant.
• To ensure smooth operation and maintenance of 132/11KV Grid station at Sitara chemical.
• To prepare maintenance schedule of grid station and plan shutdown jobs.
• Installation and testing of 20/26MVA transformer and SF-6 breaker of 3100A.
• Setting of Micom 121&127 O/c, E/f relays according to requirement.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of 11KV V.C.B’s Areva PIX model.

• Complete testing of transformer i.e. Impulse Test, Short Circuit Test, Temperature Rise Test, High Voltage Test, Induced Over Voltage Test, No Load and Full Load Test etc. according to requirements.
• Worked as team leader in complete transformer manufacturing process
• Supervision of complete manufacturing of transformers at different stages i.e. Core cutting, H.T & L.T Winding, Core-Coil Assembly, Tank designing, Painting and Testing.
• Also worked here as ISO 9001:2008 coordinator and successfully implemented it.
