• Was responsible for setting up a new division with ABC Industries, for the first of its kind manufacturing unit of Induction Seals in U.A.E.
• Making a strategic plan for the new division, which include Sales, Marketing, production and finical plans.
• Dealt with all Supplier for the purchase of all machine and raw material, according to the required specification and conducted negotiation to get the best arrangement.
• Design the floor layout and set up all the machine, in lieu with the supplier.
• Create new customer, and help them with their desired specification to ensure perfect seals for their bottle.
• Identify bottle necks in the production line, to ensure a more efficient production line.
• Created accounting policy for the division, and ensure they are implanted and followed accordingly.
• Created proper costing reports, to ensure cost are kept under control, and correct pricing for the finished goods.
• Laid out a 2 year plan, which include the set objective for the division.
• To set out yearly plans for the company with the C.E.O., and achieve the allocated targets.
• Was able to increase the company’s sale from 7.2 Million to 16.2 Million during the time I served in the company.
• Developed a strong sales team, and kept daily follow-up with the sales supervisor, through which I was able to target the whole of the U.A.E. markets.
• Set out marketing campaign for the new products, and old products that have lost their market share.
• Setout warehousing targets, and increased warehousing capacity by 52%, by ensuring efficient use of the floor space.
• Hired and developed an Inventory specialist, and set targets, to ensure maximum efficiency in inventory to reduce capital allocation.
• In charge of a new ERP (Quick Manager), to ensure proper reporting.
• Dealing with banks, to ensure best possible use of our line of credit, and to open new line of credit.
• Defined accounting policy, to ensure proper account reporting to the C.E.O.
Ensuring that sales are achieved during the week, month and the year end by ensuring that new products line are being merchandised properly. Also making sure that all products are being sold and that there is 'no sale stock'.
Running the shop floor on a day to day basis and ensuring the correct amount of staff are available and are working as required.
Making sure that "reduced stock" is being marked down and being made available to the customer.
Ensuring that there is stock available for all the items and maintain stock level on the shop floor as well as the storeroom.
Ordering new lines and any other products that are running low on stock.
Taking delivery of all the products arriving from the warehouse and ensuring there is no stock loss during the delivery process.
I have achieved a 2:1 degree in BA hons Business Studies. 2:1 is upper second class.
