• Was responsible for setting up a new division with ABC Industries, for the first of its kind manufacturing unit of Induction Seals in U.A.E.
• Making a strategic plan for the new division, which include Sales, Marketing, production and finical plans.
• Dealt with all Supplier for the purchase of all machine and raw material, according to the required specification and conducted negotiation to get the best arrangement.
• Design the floor layout and set up all the machine, in lieu with the supplier.
• Create new customer, and help them with their desired specification to ensure perfect seals for their bottle.
• Identify bottle necks in the production line, to ensure a more efficient production line.
