• Attending all incoming calls for the General Manager and taking messages and required actions on behalf of the General Manager;
• Monitoring and discussing all the incoming emails regularly to the General Manager;
• Arranging and confirms appointments and meetings;
• Providing administrative support and perform numerous duties including writing emails and correspondences, research, taking dictations, dissemination of information and guests relations;
• Preparing a full range of materials such as emails, correspondences, minutes of the meeting, letters, memorandums, schedules, reports, faxes, supporting papers and other meeting materials;
• Using of spreadsheets and advanced functions including tables, charts and formulas as necessary in preparing reports and data.
• Set up and maintaining the filing systems for records, hard copy of records, electronic records of all correspondence and other pertinent documents;
• Relay directives, instructions including assignments and coordinates the flow of information both internally and externally;
• Tasked with responsibility of short listing the candidates, interview schedules and hiring procedures;
• Coordinating with supplier, quotation requisition and order placement;
• Perform other administrative, clerical support and other related duties as may be required by General Manager.
