• Responsible for delivering more than 2000 Reconciliation on monthly basis within available time period before month end closing
• Preparing & review of Financial reports on monthly basis which is used to present to the Top Management on performance of Home loan segment of the Bank
• Simplifying the process by using Six Sigma tools in the process to reduce time and increase quality
• Prepare, review & timely delivery of financial statements
• Analysis of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Sales Tax, Food Cost, Accounts Payable etc
• Meeting SLA & Process training to new Associates
