As SAP Program Manager, I am well-versed in leading various SAP digital transformation programs, such as IT environment transformation by SAP technologies upgrade/implementation and deployment of SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SAC, FIORI, and SLcM. I steer efforts toward stakeholder management, from top-level to business super-user level, identifying program issues and coordinating with PMO and sponsors. Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority - Digital Transformation Program: Smoothly executed the following strategic initiatives; S/4HANA conversion, S/4HANA upgrade, SAP Fiori Implementation, SAP BPC implementation, OpenText & S/4HANA integration, Preparation for SF and Ariba implementation, ITIL implementation, and ISO20000 accreditation.

Saudi Electricity - Tactical Billing Solution, including SAP-ISU modules (FI-CA - Contract Accounting), Device Management, Billing, and Invoicing. Covering four geographical regions (Eastern, 1.5M customers, Central, 2.5M customers, Western, 2.5M customers, and Southern, 1M customers).

As SAP Project Manager, I administered processes associated with the execution of numerous SAP projects for diverse clients and confirmed the achievement of project objectives within time constraints and funding parameters. I headed functions related to resource estimation for the project team, allocating duties, delegating authority, and motivating team members to work collaboratively on the project. Nawah Healthcare: implementation following modules - FI, CO, MM, WM, SD, CS, PM, PS, HCM/Payroll, ESS/MSS, PI, BI, CRM (Marketing, Sales & Services), and Mobility.

Furthermore, As SAP Project Manager, I demonstrated distinguished performance as a technology consultant for the Egyptian Ministry of Transport to evaluate technical proposals and bidders during the due-diligence phase and provide inputs for estimating the assigned project. I headed the overall activities of SAP consultants and confirmed the seamless execution of all tasks associated with plant maintenance, materials management, and warehouse management.
