Preparing the budget, cost at completion and cost to complete.
Project cost estimation, variation and change orders.
Perform technical and commercial review of Tenders (Contractors & subcontractor’s quotations) for the preparation of Service agreements.
Review the projects and tenders’ contracts to check the availability of requesting extension of time and extra cost (claims wise).
Using (CCS - CANDY) software for estimation progress
Type of projects: Infrastructure, Roads, Piping and Transportations
Major Clients: ARAMCO, Royal Commission, Ma’aden, Modon and Sabic
• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Preparing the budget, cost at completion and cost to complete for all companies of MASCO group.
• Preparing program business report, monthly progress report and annual report for management team and management board.
• Project cost estimation.
• Provide cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring, etc.
• Perform technical and commercial review of Tenders (Contractors & subcontractor’s quotations) for the preparation of Service agreements.
• Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.
• Prepare monthly project report for the monitoring of the project activities on a daily basis and register all issues relating to the project promptly to the project manager and management.
• Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.
• Attend project meetings and discussions with the PMT.
• Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
• Using (CCS - CANDY) software for estimation and cost control report.
• Acting on behalf of the “Estimation Manager” during his long leaves and absences.
• Read the bidding documents (Specifications, Drawings, Appendix, Instructions to Tenderer, General & special Conditions and Client Reports).
• Prepare preliminary report (pre-tender analysis report) to upper management; brief the purpose of the project, the financial values and the contract commitments.
• Represent the company at the preliminary client meetings, site visit and prepare site visit report.
• Following up with suppliers and subcontractors to estimate the materials and equipment of the tendering project to have a solid price.
• Build up mechanical supplier list for various systems in Saudi Arabia.
• Analyze quotations and make commercial comparisons.
• Using (RAI - Estimation System) to fill the BOQ with the direct cost of project (materials, equipment and manpower).
• Preparing the indirect cost.
• Following up the correspondences between our management and the client.
• Prepare Pre-Qualification file.
• Study shop drawings for the project.
• Planning and scheduling of the project executions.
• Distribute the assigned site work for each working day and each zone.
• Leading the construction team, organize the sources and man power.
• Coordinating with civil, telecommunication and electrical services.
• Supervise the installations and Follow up work progress at site.
Install & Commission the following:
• HVAC Equipment’s FCU’s, PU Foam Duct, pumps, and accessories.
• Drainage and Water supply systems.
• Fire Fighting System.
• Irrigation system and Irrigation pump room.
• Sanitary Fixtures for the whole hotel rooms.
Design the mechanical systems (Plumbing, Fire Fighting and HVAC by using Auto-CAD and HVAC Software's).
Course outline including but not limited to the followings: HVAC, Heat Transfer, Material Science and Mechanical Design.
