As an introduction I would like to specify few words about myself.
I have been working as Human Resources and Administration Manager with one of the leading International Oil and Gas Construction Company for the last 5 years, more and above I have been working HR field for almost 20 year in Middle East, in various countries.
On my current assignment as Human Resources Manager, I am heading Recruitment, Training and handling Personnel & Administration works for the Middle East - UAE, Qatar and Kuwait.
My contributions have been mainly achieved by improving the functioning of the department by providing adequate assistance to all the staff and the management.
My Experience in Middle East, with high profile multinational companies has gained the understanding in every aspect of management - employee relationship.
My current employer is very happy with my performance, but I view myself as somewhat of a troubleshooter, and most of the reorganizations initiated here have already come to fruition, so I am eager to consider new challenges.
