Promoting all products of the clinic.
My main duty was managing the day today operations of restaurants and staff assignment each to his job and place. Make sure that the all restaurants and staff are ready to receive customers on time. I was in charge of the staff daily attendance, leave requests, vacation, ticketing and sick leaves. I used to cover wherever needed.
1. Manage the control room at the hospital in case of emergencies and disasters.
2. A sign and dispatch the proper teams responding to emergency calls.
3. Ensue all ambulances are well-equipped and checked everyday.
4. Maintain communication between control room ( Base) and all mobile units by radio.
5. Carry out all verbal and written translation.
6. Prepare and type departmental memorandums and letters.
7. Receive and log in the computer all calls and patients transfers.
8. Receive and send faxes from and to AFH concerning transfer patients
