I have been involving in this organization sine Dec. 2010. During this period I have taken different responsibility from field support to office management. Here, some my duty and responsibility are noted in brief.
 Supporting in planning and budgeting of partner organization for WASH and Livelihood and enterprise development activities.
 Support partner organization to prepare field level implementation plan by mainstreaming the DRR activities.
 Carry out regular supervision, monitoring and report to ensure the programme quality and progress in line or not.
 Preparing Monthly, trimester, interim, project base and annual report of projects.
 Work in collaboration and coordination District support team, Kathmandu and District level line agencies.
 Assist and monitor the partner's financial report and support to revise activities.
 Ensure all agreed administrative and financial procedures followed and maintained by partners to ensure programme quality.
 Establish a good relation with other line agencies and thematic members related to WASH, livelihood, gender and humanitarian.
 Provide technical support to strengthen the monitoring and evaluation systems of partner organization and local right holders.
 Technical Support to finalization of Design Estimate, Measurement book and completion report of Drinking water system and institutional latrine construction, micro irrigation and other agriculture related activities.
 Supporting to prepare document and disseminate programme experiences, good practises, case stories and lessons learned.
 Supporting to prepare VDC and community level documents in collaboration with VDC, like VWASH strategy plan, implementation plan, community action plan and repair, maintenance plan and guidelines.
 Conduct management trainings in community as well as Partners such as pre- construction training, post construction training, financial management training and awareness campaign.
 Support to mainstreaming the Disaster Risk Reduction interventions during planning and implementation of infrastructures work, like water supply system, irrigation systems and other livelihood interventions.
 Ensure gender and social inclusion and other relatives standards are mainstreamed in the project activities. And ensure the procedures of programme implementation.
 First hand experience in climate change adaptation project related with water and agriculture production. (Water recharges systems in hilly area and unconventional irrigation system and agriculture technology).
 Involving in humanitarian and disaster related training and workshops.
 Deployed for emergency response in Surkeht District giving role and responsibility on emergency WASH support.
 Support to prepare the concept note and implementation plan for emergency response and the recovery programme.
 Involved in preparation of emergency plan for WASH and food cluster and directly involved in implementation and post monitoring.
 Coordination and collaboration with respective stakeholders for effective supplies and to control the duplication. (Participate in cluster and DDRC meeting).
 Work as community facilitator during difficult situation (difficult to transport, communication and worst situation of affected people.)
 Partner mobilization during this situation with full motivation and interest to work.
 Functioned and coordinated as acting team leader for 10 days of response period.
 Involved in post disaster monitoring in food and WASH Cluster.

Technical Facilitator at RVWRMP

 Coordination with DDC, DMC, DTO and other stakeholder for about plan and progress of Project.
 Enhance capacity of technical Persons of DDC/ DTO and NGO by joint action of Survey, Design, Supervision, monitoring and evaluation of water resource activities.
 Support to DTO and SOs (Support Organization) in the technical matters. Generally Water Supply, Sanitation, irrigation and micro-hydro Schemes.)
 Conduct the District, Village and Scheme level Technical Trainings(VMW, LLB, RWHM)
 Support to the other trainings related with the users committee (UC Management Training, Financial management Training, Hygiene and Sanitation awareness Training, pre and Post Construction, seminar, Community Action Plan training, etc.) and support to prepare Community Action Plan.
 Support UC to Control quality of local as well as external materials.
 Assist to prepare the Annual and Monthly Plan and Report of Project.
 Monitoring and supervision of SO Activities in the field.
 Conduct feasibility study, Detail Survey and Design Estimate of water supply system through the demand driven approach.
 Support to different campaigns (Sanitation Week, Women Day, Water day) in District level and Village Level.
 Preparation and monitoring of Water Use Master Plan (WUMP)
 Preparation of Post construction activities plan of Water and sanitation system for sustainability of system. Mostly activities were related with repair and maintenance and livelihood.
 Ensure the gender and social inclusion in Water User's committee.
 Involved to evaluate the programme and performance of partner and partner staffs.

Sub- Engineer at DDC/LDF

 Carry out the feasibility study of water supply and sanitation, irrigation, school buildings and other micro-infrastructures schemes from CBOs.
 Support to flow bottom up approach and priorities the schemes from the list.
 Conduct the survey, design, and estimate of selected schemes.
 Organize technical and managerial training for regular implementation and regular operate schemes.
 Support to UC (User committee) to control quality of local and external materials of schemes.
 Supervision, monitoring and valuation of ongoing and completed schemes.
 Co-ordinate with DDC, DTO in planning and technical issues.
 Report progress of schemes to LDF, DDC and WUPAP.
 Managing District program with coordination of government's line agencies and other relevant stockholders.
