Accountable for ensuring the plant runs smoothly and safely by monitoring and adjusting process parameters by technical specifications. and making sure that safety protocols and standard operating procedures are strictly followed to conduct troubleshooting methodically and start corrective
action. Operational expertise in Reactor, Various columns, Rotating equipment, Utilities, etc. Recognize, commit to, and execute the assignments following standard operating procedures, and other work permit systems, and authorize
departmental standing instructions. To guarantee that the precise condition of field equipment is maintained, promptly report any irregularities in parameters or deviations from
processes to the control room or supervisors. Initiating and closing of Work permits like Cold work permits, Hot Work
permits, High Elevation, Confined Space Entry permits, and Equipment Lockout Tag-out procedures. Initiating safe startup/shutdown activities. And Safe Handling of the plant during power failure and utility failure. Record and maintain accurate, timely log data of equipment and closely follow their performances. Loading Master Activities related to the terminal and jetty which include receiving BOL, Ship particular, Last Cargo details, cleaning methods, empty
tank Ullage report and then organizing tanks to receive cargo from ships, sending goods to consignees, keeping the tank farm clean, and keeping daily logs of cargo receiving and dispatching. Prepare and hand over equipment in a safe manner to maintenance staff for repair and get back in service after checks as per PTW procedure. Comply with all company Health, Safety, and Environment as well as Work
Permit, policies, and procedures. React to plant process/safety emergencies promptly and carry out actions as
laid down in the company HSE procedures. Prepare daily operations logbook and weekly chemicals stock/consumption reports. And maintaining the records for auditing and for updating the checklist. Researching and Proposing strategies for plant improvement.

Finalize Feasible process along with lab trials as per the client's requirement.

Preparation of PFD, PID and Material & Energy balance. Estimate Pipe line Sizing, Equipment's Sizing
and selection of Electrical instrumentations.

Estimation of Total Utilities Consumption (Power, Steam and Cooling water).

Provide design parameters to the design team. Clarify the technical doubts and attend meeting with client.

Finalize the Suitable Instruments, Valves & fittings, pumps & motor and control Logic.

Provide Technical details to purchase team for procurement.

Give back up support for the project team until Completion of the project.

Supporting Erection & commissioning team for site activities and also help to troubleshoot operation problems till handing over the plant.
