UK Visa Processing: July 19, 2018 to January 06, 2019

• To receive turn over documents of selected candidates
• To handle the completion of documentary requirements
• To check the authenticity and validity of the documents submitted
• To handle the verification of documents (employments) submitted by the candidates
• To handle the application of mandatory insurance upon visa release
• To prepare application and other required forms (region specific)
• To ensure that confidentiality is always practiced in all aspects
• To instruct/remind selected candidates to settle their payments accordingly
• To release documents of withdrawn candidates
• To support for other teams as needed
• To coordinate with selected candidates family for dependent visa processing requirements (region specific)
• To properly file and maintain an organized filing system
• To perform other PDU adhoc duties assigned
• Conducting pre-orientation and pre-departure to the selected candidates to discuss the documents required by the Canadian Embassy and UK Embassy;

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Visa Processing: January 07, 2019 to Present

• To receive turn over documents of selected candidates
• To handle the completion of documentary requirements
• To check the authenticity and validity of the documents submitted
• To assign required visa usage with approval of the employer / company
• To check the visas Validity and category for recording
• To update and record of visa balance
• To endorse visa for encoding (ENJAZ SYSTEM)

Pre-departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) Trainer: November 2019 to Present

• To conduct a mandatory Pre-departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) to deploying worker (OFW) and discuss the following;

• Complying with the additional documents requested by the Philippine Consulate related to the Job Order Accreditation;

EMPLOYEE RELATION:

• Counsels employees regarding work, family, or personal problems;
• Explains company compensation and benefit programs, such as medical, insurance, retirement, and savings plans;
• Prepares newsletter and other reports to communicate information about employee concerns and comments and organizational actions taken;
• Attends conferences and meetings, as employee-management liaison, to facilitate communication between parties;

ADMIN:

• Provide administrative support for Managing Directors
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments to clients
• Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, such as recruitment agreement and recruitment guidelines
• Reviewing ad renewing office lease contract and policies
• Provides orientation for new employees (OFW) providing information packets, company policies, explaining benefit programs

• Arranging flight bookings and rebooking of selected workers;
• Ensuring that all the travel documents of deploying workers are complete and correct;
