• Diagnoses equipment failures, collects data to identify root causes
anddevelop sustainable solutions
• Servicing of pre-treatment plants and softeners unit
• Servicing and troubleshooting of reverse osmosis & Demineralization
plants
• RO and DI Plant chemical cleaning depends on its scaling conditions
• Inspect, service and repair components of the water treatment plant
including water intakes, pipes, water storage vessels, chemical
treatment equipment controls, circulation pumps and replacing resins
• RO Membrane probe testing, Membrane loading and unloading.
• Establish a preventive maintenance program and schedules
• Monitoring and observation of the plant parameters and
providing suitable operation training to client
• Daily attending safety meeting, Tool box talk, checking
safetymeasures, & Weekly and monthly safety meeting,
attending training classes etc.

Handling stock and maintaining inventory.
• Lubricating, servicing, diagnosing, repairing, assembling, and
maintaining machine and perform other routine maintenance work.
• Providing colored tags based on machine criticality level with respect
to production by means of white and yellow and red tag

Doing regular line inspection for checking any line abnormality
• Responsible for preventive, predictive and breakdown Maintenance of all
equipment. Increase the plant operational effectiveness, analysis of mean
time
between failure, downtime reduction, and implement identified
improvement
plans
• Supervise effective maintenance of all water purifying equipments in plant
• Operate Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition program effectively
• Monitor inventory and labor allotment with help of computerized
maintenance
and management system
• Maintain and calibrate various electronic and mechanical equipments
• Analyze reports and communicate poor quality results to incharge
• Perform regular maintenance work on chemical feed systems and alarm
signals
on computer control syste

Took charge independently for Reverse Osmosis, Sea Water
Desalination Plants, Softener unit Demineralization unit, Ultra
Filtration System, Water Purification system, Water Analysis
Laboratory Maintaining Chemical Dosing and RO & UF chemical
cleaning for efficient plant operation
• Maintaining the water parameters as required and water analysis as per
the system requirement
• Monitoring and Maintaining Chemicals and Spares stock
for Effective Plant Operation
• Knowledge about chemical dosing such as, Sulfuric Acid, Chlorine
dosing, NaOH dosing Manual operation of duty routine work.
• Check the area field according to the documented check list.
• Responsible for determination of pH, TDS and Turbidity concentration &
conductivity.
• Check dosing pump condition, refill chemical containers as needed.
• Conduct water analysis. check plant recovery and adjust parameters
• Observe plants for leaks noise and vibration.
• Interpret laboratory result and adjust dosing pump injection asper

Ministry standards and regulation
