Leading, monitoring and developing team members to promote quality awareness and implement quality
programs and initiatives
• Implementation of QA/QC management system at site
• Coordination with the client, consultant and authorities on all quality matters
• Coordination of all site inspection through site QC Inspectors
• Inspecting the site prior to start of any Construction Activities
• Evaluating materials delivered to site in conformance with approved samples, materials and equipment
• Evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors as per the company standards
• Providing mock up and quality tool box for all activities
• Preparing and Reviewing the Material Submittals for Structural, Architectural, Infrastructural and
Landscaping activities
• Daily observation and Non-conformance shall be escalated to the project team with root cause and corrective
actions, External NC shall be immediately consulted and proper action shall be taken ASAP.
• Testing of all construction materials as per the requirements of project specification and specific standards
• Preparation of Specific Project Quality Plan (PQP)
• Preparation of Project Close Out Report
