Protection and T&C engineer.
Key Result Areas:
Assist Project Head in the preparation of project execution schedule and assigning and allocating resources for
project to ensure successful completion of project meeting time, quality.
Co-ordination with Project team members Engineers/Contractors and supporting departments. Monitoring and
reviewing the work progress at site.
Attending the All Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Meeting with Clients.
Planning of Testing and Commissioning Activities and Preparation of Testing Schedule, Co-ordination, Technical
Support and follow up for T& C activities
Preparation of Method statement for Relay testing, End to End Test Protection Upgradation & Protection
Conversation Works in live Substation.
Attaining customer satisfaction through adhering to owner guidelines with the entire project team
Leading document reviews related to the commissioning program and relay testing
Identifying system conditions, that are abnormal, to determine their cause and to recommend corrective actions
Performing fault investigations and managing the repair of failures as soon as the same appear
Managing inspection of control and relay panel, SLD, preparation of Test Report and cable schedule for substations,
power plants
Ensuring high quality of all works and making improvements to achieve better quality
Mentoring, motivating & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations;
organising regular periodic meetings & trainings for staff for discussing issues and devising solutions for the same
Working out various requirements, monitoring overall project operations and ensuring timely completion; setting up
standards, ensuring optimum utilization of available resources to achieve organizational objectives
Setting up quality & maintenance standards, ensuring optimum utilization of available resources to achieve
