Key Deliverable:
- Responsible for providing end to end HR support at group level including the business verticals of operations, creative & technical segments, contracts & administration, hospitality.
- Focussing heavily on the recruitment and mobilization of all employees, consultants, within UAE & overseas
- Conducting interviews for various positions, generation of offer letters & employment contract, personnel management; to liaison with logistic department for employee travel & accommodation

- Liaised with heads of business lines to identify their HR needs and requirements, and provided guidance and advice on all relevant HR issues
- To determine effectiveness of current reward policies, perform on going evaluations of the program effectiveness
