•Responsible for coordinate SIMOPS - PTW-LOTO with regards to Routine operation, Daily maintenance, Shutdown maintenance and Project phases.
•Leadership for task-based risk assessment and control measures
•Leadership for SIMOPS- Interface risk assessment and control measures
•Organize day-to day SIMOPS & PTW planning and execution strategy in lined with Operation and project work progress.
•Coordinate permits for operation, Simops and project interfaces.
•Review project and simpose dossiers to ensure the efficiency aligned to operation requirements
•Conduct regular PTW-LOTO audit and safety tour to improve the efficiency fo safe work execution
•Provide safety couching to the CTR and monitor the improvement & way forward actions.
Advisory and supervision of day-to-day manufacturing performance of Refinery and Petrochemical asset including offshore piping maintenance activities.
Advisory and supervision for implementing SOP- Standard Operating procedure, Permit to work, LOTO, Simops, Risk management are comply with the requirements and recourses.
Lead the field audits, discuss the identified gap/ deficiency. Setout an adequate way forward plan, communicate among the company and contractors, monitor / evaluate the performances of way forward controls.
Supervise Operational Risk evaluations requires Qualitative and Quantitative assessment of Consequence of failure( CoF) & Probability of Failure (PoF) associated with day-to-day operational / maintenance activity.
Productive advisory support with accountability of implementing result oriented solutions for minimize / eliminate Operational risk and improve Process / Operational / Occupational safety
Minimise / Eliminate field noncompliance's, incidents & unsafe conditions.
Lead Incident investigation, develop improvement plan, provide adequate training & coaching.
* Responsible for ISSOW system (Integrated Safe System of Work) implementation in FPS
* Responsible for SIMOPs, PTW, LOTO, Audit implementation during CSU, TA, Operation phase
* Area Authority for verify work plan, site readiness for CSE, Hot work, MOC scope of work
* Leadership of Level 2 Risk assessment review with OIM (SC), Operation, Maintenance & Project
* Leadership for implement HSEQ, Live saving rule, and IIF(Incident Injury Free) policies
* Leadership for Isolation plan for FPS Turnaround for introduce Natural Gas in to the System
* Implemented SIMOPs strategy for Hull Maintenance, Subsea umbilical / Offshore Pipeline project, 500m vessel / ROV operations, Logistics operation based on the MOPO & POB status
Performances was improved from lagging to the best in the area of;
HIP (Hazard Identification Process), Asset Integrity management, SIMOPS/ PTW/ LOTO System,
Process Safety, IFF program, Subsea / Top side / Diving Coordination, ISSOW awareness
* Verify WCC task description, ICC (Isolation) points are technically sufficient for the job
* Minimize work slowdown or stoppages due to Interface conflicts
* Lead SIMOPs for Adjacent Drilling Rig activity and Subsea project completion
* Manage facility Layout / Dashboard for visible job status
* Manage SIMOPs during Wet Towing, Mooring Hook-up, Logistics (Vessel / Flight)
* Lead meetings with disciplines, subsea project to schedule job & approve SIMOPs plan
* Lead Three major incident investigation, interviews & Root Cause Analysis
