● The role is responsible for all requests related to mortgage Loan maintenance and collateral.
● Processing and authorizing day to day transactions in mortgage and collateral team.
● Preparing memo for all the type of transactions (Settlements, Partial Settlements, DD Issuance, Loan Rescheduling and Loan cancellation) in LMS.
● Preparing memo for Loan rescheduling requests (Profit/Interest rate change, EMI Deferral, Change of EMI Date) as per credit approval
● Validating and charging different types of fees like (Processing Fee, ESF and VAT) for applicable transactions, and also reversing upon approval from business.
● Handing end to end Collateral process for mortgage loans.
● Creating collateral in system after mortgage loan disbursed upon property registration confirmation.
● Amending Collaterals for NPL cases received on monthly Basis.
● Deleting the Collateral in system for loan settled cases and arranging the releasing letters for the same.
● Preparing IFRS9 report for the Central Bank regarding to Collateral portfolio.
● Preparing Monthly and Daily MIS for the management (Inflow, Processed, Returned and Rejected)
● Communicating with direct sales team and branches regarding incomplete documentation in order to complete the transactions within TAT
● Handling Daily escalations/discrepancies that arise and action on all such requests.
Bachelor's Degree with Subject with Computer Science
