Providing central first point for Printing, Fax, Scanning, Photocopying, CD Scanning including volume of request & Stationeries to ensure papers, Toner and cartridges is replenished and that all technical faults are fixed in a timely manner.
Preparing correspondence and documents, maintain presentations, records and data bases.
Maintaining and updating personal staff files, folders in organised format easy access for office use

Make sure that all equipments working properly such as Copying machines, Printer, Scanner, Fax machine, Phone etc.. If that not working properly and that all technical faults are fixed in a timely manner.
