Strategy Planning and Corporate Performance Senior Manager
• Lead the development of strategic plans for Corporate and diversified Buisness Units.
• Develop Business cases to support new market entry, product/service launches, and operational improvements.
• Manage the corporate performance reporting process, including the preparation of board presentations, performance dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings to drive alignment on strategic initiatives and priorities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to business and functional unit heads, ensuring successful execution and delivery of strategic objectives.
• Monthly monitor and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against strategic goals and objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.

1) Working on eliminating wastes that is decreasing the Productivity of Sales and Account Management by more than 80%.

2) Increase the NPS of clients and Associates by 10 %, by converting the Passive and the Detractors to Promoters.

3) Benchmarking different Industry practices in HR Staffing and Recruitment services and automating the existing process flow.

• Develop the Strategic Planning Framework in line with UAE Vision 2021 and other local and international frameworks & best practices.

• Responsible for development, assessment and refinement of Corporate KPIs and alignment of these KPIs across diversified Business Units including Civil Engineering, Commercial Licensing, Inspection, Environment, Health and Safety, Innovation & Excellence.

• Develop performance reports/dashboard for the director’s based on Service Delivery efficiency, Stakeholder Perception surveys, Government & ISO Audit findings, Suggestion/Innovation Management System, Complaint Management System.

• Develop and spearhead cross- functional business process improvement projects with time- bound action plans.

• Coach and train all departmental leadership and relevant stakeholders in business, providing much needed support for third party quality audits, business excellence and innovation awards assessment.

• Responsible for the development of weekly/quarterly/annual strategic risk reports for the senior strategy management as well as the business’s top leadership.

• Lead multiple organization wide award-winning Business Excellence assignments including Dubai Quality Award- “GOLD Category”, Smart Dubai Award- “Best Pioneering” Initiative

• Part of Innovation team to represent the organization in Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart Government Award since 2016 for developing Innovative SMART Public Services.
