Roles and Responsibilities
Quantification of initial tender drawings and comparison with Issued IFC drawings to investigate any variance in the drawings & specifications to identify potential Variations in the Contract. Preparation of Material/Subcontractor list in comparison with the allocated budget and assisting in procurement.
Post Contract Practice includes preparing contractual correspondence letters, sending timely notifications as per the Contract, timely submission of Bonds & Insurances, Payment Application’s & Variation claims. Coordinating with the Clients/ Consultants for Certifications, agreement of Variations. Sending notice of completion of work’s \[TOC\], notice of completion of Defect Liability Period \[DLC\], notices for release of bonds, and submission of Final statement as per the Contract. Following & implementing the Contract process.
Commercial Management including identification of deviations from the budget. Tracking of project finances in terms of profitability, tracking of materials, manpower productivity, machinery usage, and Subcontract works in comparison to the allocated budget. Preparing cost of complete reports \[CTC\], Cost value reconciliation \[CVR\] reports, and advising the management on the areas of key concern where the profitability is being affected and probable steps to control the overall budget.
Contract Administration including, assessing Subcontract work packages. Preparation and compilation of Subcontract documents, BOQ, specifications & drawings. Assisting the procurement team on selection of Subcontractors and finalizing the Subcontractor price. Preparing Subcontract agreement, certification of Payment applications/ Invoices raised by the Subcontractor.
Ability to handle multiple Contracts, providing commercial support to the project team, and advising them on the project requirements, scope of works, budget constraints etc. Engagement with multiple Clients, understanding the Client requirements, and providing reasoned advice.

Construction of residential villas at Bosher Shabia.
Construction of commercial building at AL Khoud, G+4 Floors Building. Construction of commercial building at Al Mabella, G+3 Floors building.
Roles and Responsibilities
Pre and Post contract role- Responsible for preparing Tender estimates, coordination with various Clients, submitting Tender proposals, sending enquiries to the vendors, raising pretender queries, preparing pretender clarification reports. Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing Post tender clarifications for Villa’s and Building projects. Preparing Payment Application’s and Variation Claims. Monitoring material consumption, manpower productivity, machinery usage and reporting to senior management.

Roles and Responsibilities
Preparation of Tender documents.
Preparation of LOA / LOI, Tender report, and Compilation of Contract documents. Preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders \[LPO\] for Contractors.
Preparation of Bill of Quantities as per Standards.
Preparation of monthly management reports/liaising with site Mangers. Preparation of monthly cost reports and issuance to the company management.
Preparation and issuance of Contractors Payment Certificates, finalizing Variations, and Final Account. Monitoring changes in the Contract and preparing internal memo for management approval.
Preparing correspondence in accordance with the Contract for issuance to Contractors.

Roles and Responsibilities
Preparation and submission of monthly Payment applications, assisting Client QS for Certifications'. Preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders \[LPO\] for Subcontractors.
Identifying long lead items and periodically follow up with the procurement department to ensure smooth delivery of the materials at the site.
Monitoring costs in the project, preparing MIS statements for managements review and approval. Assisting project team on key deliverables.

Roles and Responsibilities
Site Management Role- Site execution and construction of enabling works such as secant pile walls, soldier piles, ground anchoring, soil nailing, jet grouting, chemical and controlled Rock Blasting, deep excavations and caping beams. Structural works such as, Base slabs, rafts, footings, columns, beams, and concourse slabs etc. Preparing measurement sheets and work inspection records at site.

Pile foundations for commercial buildings at Bannerghatta Road.
Roles and Responsibilities
Site Management Role- Construction and supervision of Pile foundation works by hydraulic rotary rigs, Direct mud circulation (DMC) method, chisel and bailer method. Preparation of bar bending schedules, fabrication, and erection of reinforcement cages.
Studied Civil engineering, with emphasis in transportation engineering and traffic studies. Successfully completed project work in a flyover project of 11.3 Km. Awarded Merit certificate from college for securing First Class with Distinction.
