Acts as a fully integrated team member.
Responsible to set clear goals to communicate the project vision at the beginning of every release & sprint
so that the team understands & is prepared to realize it.
Takes decisions & clearly communicates requirements through epics & stories so they are understood.
Communicates status outside the team to business owners, management & solution architects.
* Development
Creates, maintains, prioritizes, & sequences the product backlog based on business value/ROI/user
expectation/complexity/urgency.
Creates user stories & acceptance tests from themes & features granular enough for a single sprint.
Prioritizes user stories by business value.
Decides which user stories are scheduled into sprints.
Rapid feedback on ongoing progress.
Participates in project planning, daily st&-up meetings (scrums), reviews, retrospectives, sprint & release
planning, demos & other Scrum-related meetings.
* Application Support
Reviews deliverable & perform acceptance after every sprint, & has the authority to accept or reject.
Develops & maintains standards for testing &progress visibility.
Provides progress reporting.
Assists as needed with backlog maintenance.
Assists with internal & external communication, improving transparency, & radiating information.
Assists with prioritization & resolution of defects /bugs.
* Management
Is always accessible & participates proactively & constantly in the team activities.
Steers the project to ensure delivery of business value.
Is visible, vocal, & objective.
• Process Control - Follow an Agile JIRA Workflow to ensure compliance across engineering and QA teams
• Facilitate effective collaboration and communication across all stakeholders
• Focal point for Project/Product Management - Act as an Interface among Development, Global deployment, Project Managers, CSM’s and Rest of Afiniti teams.
• Maintain and Update - Afiniti Product Backlog (Feature List) and Feature Release Calendar with Release dates
• Support for Development and Quality teams - Identifying and eliminating obstacles for delivery
• Provide Status Reporting for visibility to Management and Teams
Designing and implementation of Software Quality Assurance -SQA Framework for bank wide
testing and quality assurance activities.
* Designing and implementation of Software Quality Assurance - SQA Reporting templates
* Preparation and maintenance of testing and reporting documents
* Creation of End to end Test Plans for various banking applications
* Reporting, Analysis and root cause identification for defects in various banking application
* Generation of test data for execution of test cases. And test matrices for testing related activities
* Creation and mapping of Scenario & Test Matrix for testing procedures.
* Creation and mapping of Traceability Matrix for testing results.
* Inception and development of Standard Operating Procedures - SOPs for bank wide Information
