• Spearhead the recruitment process for all vacant positions from advertisement of a position to the selection, pre-employment tests and induction of the new employee.
• Research, scout and finalize trainings as specified in the training matrix.
• Ensure that all logistical and administrative support is provided from travel to hotel arrangements.
• Compensation and Benefits for all staff inclusive of verification of expense claims against advances and reimbursement of expenses incurred.
• Verification of monthly payroll and checking for completeness with respect to Provident Fund deductions, loan reimbursement, and salary amounts.
• Management of Biometric attendance system and generation of monthly department attendance record for respective Managers.
• Maintenance of Comprehensive Leave plan Management and record.
• Custodian of Performance Evaluation process and record.
• Maintenance and operation of Human Resource Information System
• Preparation of HR weekly, monthly and Manpower reports along with verification of Time sheets.
• Contract Management for staff.
• Visa Processing & Security Clearances for Foreign Delegations.
• Focal point for all insurance related matters inclusive of claims for reimbursement.
• Creating and modifying Organizational Manpower Charts as and when required by Management.
• Work closely with Senior HR Officer to ensure timely consolidation of all information required by Head Office for successfully executing various people processes such as Appraisals, Bonuses, Increments, Individual Balance Score Card, Promotions, etc.
• Work closely with Senior HR Officer in making & developing of Company Policies & HR policies.
• Administrative tasks including Handling Inventory Management, Petty Cash, Event Organization, Fleet Supervision, Log Book records, Security Approvals, Vendor Selection & bid process, Stationary record, Premises arrangement & rental agreements etc.
