Providing civil engineering technical support for project
bidding and delivery. Ensure projects in compliance with
local design codes, standards and government
regulations, to organize and participate in the
preparation of various building professional technical
measures, and development of technical documents,
resolve technical issues.

Container manufacturing, delivery and installation for
integration of systems of Data centers
Organize internal technical sta to review professional
design documents, to summarise the engineering
quantity, check the "Bill of Quantities." Involved in the
technical handover meeting with Customer, Consultant,
and Construction; and provide a list of questions and
recommendations for the design documents.
Organization "technical changes" eective declaration
during the construction; responsible for the clarification
and get approval for engineering "design changes"
timely. Participation in the development of claims
change plans.
Review the engineering quantity and quality, and sign
acceptance document; to verify the amount out of the
project contract, participated in the preparation and
analysis of project cost plan, participate in inspection
work and valuation.
Prepare the Civil engineering technical clarification
document, and organize the internal clarification
meeting. Review and publish the document to guide the
construction work.
Organize the self-test of key control process, control the
sub-engineering quality, in practice of the Quality
Inspection and Evaluation of construction unit. Output
engineering assessment summary table. Inspect and
guide technical personnel timely and regular.
Review project submittals, shop drawings, method statements,
Concrete compressive test results and other documents submit by
Contractor/Sub- Contractors.
Raise Non-Conformance Report (NCR) when necessary for works that
are substandard as per project requirements/ specification and
formulate corrective action to prevent mistakes to happen in the future.
Ensure that all statutory authority NOC’s / permits / design approvals
are available on site for construction.
Assist in monthly billing of Contractor by verifying quantities as per Bill
of quantities/ Bill of Materials
Liaise with project manager for the effective implementation of the
quality management systems and site supervision provision activities.
Maintain daily field log of construction inspection activities, including
approvals, rejections and discrepancies of workmanship and materials.
Observe work in progress to ensure that procedures are complied, and
materials used conform to specifications. Take samples for various
material and calls for testing as required.
Inspect, monitor and report architectural and structural i.e. piles. Rafts, columns, beams, post
tension slabs, retaining walls, sheer walls, core walls etc. for compliance with specifications,
method statement, inspection test plan and drawings where required.
Inspect materials delivered to site for compliance with the approved materials/project
requirements. Review and give any comments to structural and architectural shop drawings,
method statement and material submittals submitted by contractor prior to execution of
works.
Oversee quality control, health and safety matters on site. Resolving any unexpected
technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
Attend site management review meetings to discuss various construction related issues and
opportunities for system and execution improvements.
Prepare snag list for works not complying with the project requirement/specification.
Carry out the final inspection for certification of final completion and handing over of the
works.
Supervising project progress through site general supervisors from project initiation and close
out and to ensure milestones achieved are per contractual obligation and clients/ consultant
satisfaction.
Day to day processing of information including RFIs, Submittals, shop drawings, MIRs, IRs etc.
Coordinating with MEP Department and subcontractors.
Preparation of actual resource requirements Monitoring Quality of material, minimizing
wastage of material and executing as per the method statements.
Ensuring that work is executed in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications,
agreed procedures and method statements.
Preparation of designated procedures & ensuring that HSE rules and regulations are
communicated to the workforce and are fully enforced.
Site surveying and setting out, dimensional control & completing all necessary Q.A.
documentation related to the work control and co‐ordinate daily site inspections.
Ensuring that all information on drawings is conveyed to the workforce in a proper manner
and details produced where required.
Conduct daily visual and weekly formal site inspections as per schedule.
Ensure that all materials, gears and equipments (including personal protective equipment)
needed to carry out the job safely is provided prior to commencement of work & conduct HSE
briefing to the workers prior to the commencement job.
Report, record and investigate all incidents within their work area & immediately investigate
any reported HSE hazard by joining with HSE Personnel and implement measures to control or
eliminate such hazards.
Prepare work method statements and risks assessments, where required.
Ensure that the requirements identified during the development of the work method
statement and risk assessment are adequate in terms of detail and are being effectively
communicated to all personnel involved with the task.
Execution and supervision of construction activities in accordance with the approved drawings
and specifications
Assigning work into members to make sure about delivery to design time quality and budget.
Planning and reported the construction activities daily, weekly and monthly.
Handling site works and ensuring that activities are in compliance with contractual obligations
and quality standards. Attending coordination meetings with Consultants/Client.
Estimating of resource required to successfully completing the job and minimizing the
