local design codes, standards and government
regulations, to organize and participate in the
preparation of various building professional technical
measures, and development of technical documents,
resolve technical issues.
Through knowledge of Huawei products, Prefab
Container manufacturing, delivery and installation for
integration of systems of Data centers
Organize internal technical sta􀀽 to review professional
design documents, to summarise the engineering
quantity, check the "Bill of Quantities." Involved in the
technical handover meeting with Customer, Consultant,
and Construction; and provide a list of questions and
recommendations for the design documents.
Organization "technical changes" e􀀽ective declaration
during the construction; responsible for the clarification
and get approval for engineering "design changes"
timely. Participation in the development of claims
change plans.
Review the engineering quantity and quality, and sign
acceptance document; to verify the amount out of the
project contract, participated in the preparation and
analysis of project cost plan, participate in inspection
work and valuation.
Prepare the Civil engineering technical clarification
document, and organize the internal clarification
meeting. Review and publish the document to guide the
construction work.
Organize the self-test of key control process, control the
sub-engineering quality, in practice of the Quality
Inspection and Evaluation of construction unit. Output
engineering assessment summary table. Inspect and
guide technical personnel timely and regular.

 Observe work in progress to ensure that procedures are complied, and
materials used conform to specifications. Take samples for various
material and calls for testing as required.
Inspect, monitor and report architectural and structural i.e. piles. Rafts, columns, beams, post
tension slabs, retaining walls, sheer walls, core walls etc. for compliance with specifications,
method statement, inspection test plan and drawings where required.
 Inspect materials delivered to site for compliance with the approved materials/project
requirements. Review and give any comments to structural and architectural shop drawings,
method statement and material submittals submitted by contractor prior to execution of
works.
 Oversee quality control, health and safety matters on site. Resolving any unexpected
technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
 Attend site management review meetings to discuss various construction related issues and
opportunities for system and execution improvements.
 Prepare snag list for works not complying with the project requirement/specification.
Carry out the final inspection for certification of final completion and handing over of the
works.
