New Business Development
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
• Cold call as appropriate within market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging business network.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
• Plan approaches and pitches.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Planning pricing strategy for the solution/service.
• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
• Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Client Retention
• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
• Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
Management and Research
• Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
• Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
• Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
• Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
• Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
Working with and expanding current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business.
Developing a sales contact plan direct marketing, and attending industry events including Dubai Air Show, EBACE (European Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition) held yearly in Geneva, Switzerland to build relationships with key prospects.
Responding to incoming Request for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner.
Understanding a prospect’s business needs with the expert teams to develop a tailored digital marketing proposal.
Providing regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.
Developing effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
Incharge of social media channels - LinkedIn & Twitter.
Monitoring and updating news & offers on the website.
Attend weekly sales meeting and training session provided by the company.
Establish / develop and maintain client database including regular contact with all clients.
Successfully attain listings, negotiate the sale of property to settlement and complete appropriate paperwork.
Keep up to date with current market conditions, government grants etc.
Attend sponsorship launch functions to promote your profile and the company.
Building strong relationships with clients.

* Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
* Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
* Analyzes the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
To ensure that the best services are delivered to all guests in a timely and effective manner.
To maintain and exceed guest satisfaction above the standard of the hotel and the company at all times.
Handle guest complaints in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
