Supervise the daily functions and activities of the tellers team and ensure that they provide excellent customer service to individuals.
Assist Manager and other banking staff in their daily tasks.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian banking regulations and compliance with best practices and banking procedures.
Handle responsibilities of receiving and processing checks, saving account deposits and withdrawals.
Responsible for providing transaction records.
Perform responsibilities of filling cash orders for other tellers which include counting, sorting, and maintaining daily monies required to operate teller windows.
Assist bank manager in conducting performance appraisals of the staff.
Responsible for recording all transactions by following the banking guidelines and procedures
Responsible for all NCB ATMs in AL Khafji.
