Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc
Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
Responsible for timely monthly-consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to HQ
Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
Lead the month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing for Red Bull Egypt
Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
Issue project cost reports for review and approval.
Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
Support CFO in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy
Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns
Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives
Responsible for form 4, custom clearance process for our shipments and form 4 closure .
-Develop and manage financial management systems and policies.
-Reporting to CFO
-Responsible for the monthly closing.
-Work on offset plan for customers to support them during dollar crisis.
-Responsible for the yearly plan and target budget for the company
-Monitor budgets and accounts.
-Control expenditure and cash flow.
-Analyse accounts and report to the CFO.
-Prepare reports on annual accounts and budget information for the auditor.
-Assess and advising on estimates for project funding and continuing running costs.
-Check that funding is properly distributed.
-Conduct internal audits.
-Responsible for banking and FX transactions.
-Examine financial records and statements to check for accuracy.
-Monitor warehouse transactions.
-Manage and training staff, when employed at a junior level.
-Prepare financial statements and ad hoc reports.

Prepares monthly and yearly financial reports and assist on ad hoc reports.
Responsible for budgeting and Planning ( Annual Budget, Target Plan, Forecasting )
Responsible for monthly and year end closings Reports.
Responsible for trial balance, balance sheet, P&L analysis.
Analyses and reviews accounting issues and recommends improvement
Verify and validate documentations according to the company’s internal standard operating procedures.
Ensure that the bank account numbers are correct and make timely payments to clients, partners etc. ( AP Transactions )
