• Assists the clinical supervisors and team leaders in the clinical staffing.
• Coordinates all transportation activities and supervises drivers to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information.
• Maintains accurate up to date medical records in accordance with regulations of the payers and the Policy and Procedure Manual.
• Orders and maintains accurate records of medical equipment’s and supplies.
• Responsible for informing staff of any changes, updates, regarding admissions; discharges, visits, schedules, trainings, and clinical meetings as directed by the management team
• Responsible for assisting with audits of patient information
• Responsible for staff Licensing (HAAD, MOH)
Collecting blood and other samples for medical laboratory test. Doing ECG, checking Vital signs. Assisting the patient in their daily needs. Proper documentation of all the procedures done in the shift.
Assisting the patient in their daily needs like proper hygiene, washing, bed bath, toileting, serving foods and feeding the patients if necessary.
Checking vital signs, and assisting the nurse in charge in giving medications and proper documentation of all the procedures.
