 Research and contact potential vendors.
 Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, track orders, ensure timely delivery, and review quality of purchased product/services.
 Handling Supplier Registration and Pre-Qualification.
 Handling Pettycash.
 Overall in charge of all confidential documentation.
 Discuss defective or unacceptable service with suppliers to collectively determine source of trouble and take corrective action.
 Preparation of project’s procurement files in order to obtain relevant prices maintaining the technical aspects for order finalization.
 Manage ERP system and ensure the receiving of goods/services is done regularly.
 Follow up with team members of outstanding documents to achieve the deadline.
 Performs such other duties as may be required.

10. Follow up with team members of outstanding documents to achieve the deadline
11. Organize and schedule meeting and appointments.
12. Any further task needed.
