Oversees the coordination between brokers and forwarders regarding
shipping schedules and documentary requirements
Oversees the monitoring of cargo ready, loading, departure and arrival
dates ofvarious shipments
Oversees the requesting and tracking of quotations from forwarders
and brokers for various containerized, consolidated and loose
shipments
Validates billings from brokers and forwarders
Coordinate with brokers and receiving team for the delivery schedule
of released containers
Responsible for the smooth processing of more complicated
shipments such as consolidations, loose shipments and other
importationswhich require more specific requirements
Responsible for the maintenance of the various trackers related to the
Importation team
Processes payment ofthe custom duties and taxes as required

Coordinateswith overseas agents all incoming shipment
Ensures all pre-alerts are acknowledged and properly updated in the
CargoWise system
Ensures that details and information in the documents (e.g. Bill of
Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List etc.) are correct
Coordinatewith carrierorshipping lines the arrival details
Ensures all Arrival Notices are sent on time to customer/ importer/
consignee/ broker
Verifies the completeness and accuracy of Cargo Inward Foreign
Manifest
Ensures all Cargo Inward Foreign Manifest are submitted on time to
the Philippine Bureau of Customs
Checked and Inform the customer/importer/consignee/broker with
vessel berthing schedule
