•Responsible for portfolio management of 1500 accounts assigned to Legal Department through management solutions’ with showing of the improvement in performance through recovery and reporting it to the senior management .
•Prepare monthly reports related to progress of recovery in the portfolio and Follow up settlement plan agreements done through court to ensure activation of legal cases in case of customer breach.
•Act as a point of contact on behalf of collection, remedial and legal departments with outsourcing law agencies and keep updated record on cases transferred to outsourcing law agencies, and reply their inquiries.
•Determining annual budget as well as expected to be collected and the level of performance of the employee for the purposes of the evaluation
•Managing day to day administration work .

•Being member of consumer credit committee.
•Studying & analyzing of the credit facilities requests of different products (Personal loans, Housing loans, Auto loans, and Credit Cards) and provide the recommendation to approve / reject applications.
•Studying the requests of listing company under target market list .
•Identify opportunities to attract customers and marketing of various services.
•Provide customers with an integrated bouquet of services and products to suit their needs and desires.
•Follow up with major accounts to ensure good repayment.
•Preparation of various MIS reports related to credit portfolio and overdue accounts

•Analyzing trends in the market to determine the buy and sell points.
•Preparing spreadsheets, graphs, and charts to help illustrate financial trends.
•Presenting financial information to managers and the clients.
•Guiding the customer through taking the right decision to buy or sell.
