•Maintain, manage and support Oracle EBS R12 ERP System (Financial Modules: GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, EBTax).
•Demonstrating the ability to fully implement the complete functionality of the Asset Life-cycle Management Suite.
•Responsible for the integration of Oracle EBTax module and its touch points with other modules like Order Management, AR, AP, Purchasing, etc.
•Debug and test various Tax issues arising out of EBTax.
•Responsible for the integration part of the solution architecture in terms of financial integration and workflows.

•Assist Developers to upload the master data and open transactions.
•Demonstrate the ability to get basic knowledge of almost 100+ oracle module and sub-modules; this is used to prepare complete solution for our clients using Oracle wide range of modules rather than customizing solutions or conduct huge workarounds.
•Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) with Good understanding in MRP/MPS, Inventory, Order Management, WIP, OPM process manufacturing, OPM process execution, OPM product development, OPM quality management, OPM cost management, and Purchasing modules
•Good understanding of different demand and supply channels.
•Design Planning solutions for both Paper Mill and Converting businesses using the Oracle best practices of supply chain planning.
•Prepare Functional Specification documents and technical documentation required for implementation of a solution.
•In case, if the issue requires support from Oracle, then raise SR and co-ordinate with oracle support team till closure.
•Interact with other modules consultants/DBAs.
•Train and instruct users with respect to their specific day-to-day problems execute corrective action when necessary and prepare end user training material.

•Maintain, manage and support Epicor iScala ERP System (All modules).
•Monitor and identify problems in any of ERP system every day.
•Ensure ERP system meets business requirements and goals and fulfills user requirements.
•Design, prepare and customize ERP reports.
•Assist Developers to upload the master data and open transactions.
•Interact with other modules consultants/DBAs.
•Create process documents & keep it updated.
•Train and instruct users with respect to their specific day-to-day problems execute corrective action when necessary and prepare end user training material.

Achievements and Projects:
- E-Requisition System: develop application to cover the gap between stores department and procurement department by automate their work referring to iScala ERP system and save it in a database instead of papers to make it easy for them refer and review their work. The application developed using VB.Net 2008 and SQL Server 2008.
- Audit DW Project: this project aims to increase data retrieval speed, data availability and to unify all data from BU's in a unified particular form in one database in the HO.
this will be done by transferring data from BU's to the HO in monthly basis using database techniques (procedures and functions) then save these data in a data-warehouse in a unified form, in order to let the auditors connect to this data-warehouse lately.
- E-IT Assets: develop application to find all IT assets (PCs, Servers, Laptops, ... etc.) on the network automatically and get all S.W and H.W specs of these assets then save these information in a database to use it later by IT Dept. The application developed using VB.Net 2008 and SQL Server 2008.
- Notification System: System to notify ERP (Scala) users by email when they make critical transactions. The system developed using SQL Server 2008 triggers, functions and procedures.
- MS Excel 2010 Training: training sessions for users in MS Excel 2010 to explain and introduce what’s new in MS Excel 2010 and how to use the new features and what’s the main differences between MS Excel 2007 and MS Excel 2010 also to introduce and explain features already included in MS Excel 2007 to help them create more professional spreadsheets.
•Developing in VB.Net and C# different applications (inventory management systems, invoicing systems, etc).
•Developing in MS SQL Server 2005 and 2008 different stored procedures, functions and views based on customer requirements.
