Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house).
Develop and coordinate appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes etc.).

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and liaise with matter experts regarding instructional design.
Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
Directs train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
Administer and systemize in-house training facilities and equipment.
Record the minutes of the meeting (MOM) of the organization and distribute all required notifications.
Study the Request For Proposal (RFP) and prepare quotation for technical and financial proposal.
