· Implementing of policy and procedure to ensure for the store smooth operation and Receiving of Purchase Invoices
and coordinating with Accounts sector.

· Overseeing the Store functions and negotiating with shippers and transporters for cost effective transport solutions
and clearances, thereby ensuring on time delivery and monitoring transit norms.

· Categorizing staffs according to their different designation in Stores where required, Shift allocating and Area of
work allocation and Implementing of Safety and security procedures in the store and training co-workers as team.

· Implementing of innovative storage solutions in the Storage use as and when needed also Forecasting and following
up stocks, monitoring the movement of goods, ensuring optimum inventory levels and performing stock maintenance,
which enhance to Conduct cycle counts in regular intervals as planned in the Store and annual stock count.

· Maintaining staffs by giving proper training for cautious item handling to prevent damages and Monitoring and
planning to reduce damage and shrinkage in the store.

· Checking inventory for reordering of fast moving items with department Supervisors and Controlling Receiving area
and Store Stacking of merchandise in proper places.
