• Consultative role responsible for the delivery of a wide range of learning and development programmes including graduate programmes, bespoke tailored learning solutions and online training for major financial institutions across UK and Europe
• Responsible for delivery of each training programme; including identification of client requirements, design of course materials, updating of client status reports, managing logistical issues, and relationship management between client relationship managers, learning solutions team, clients and tutors
• Management of multiple projects existing concurrently whilst using effective time management and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
Bachelor's Degree, Communication Arts & Sciences with an emphasis on Mass Media and Public Relations
