Attend the daily site meeting & site review meeting.
• Organize and coordinate the work in the Field and control its fulfillment according to technical and
HSE procedures.
• Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
• Ensuring safety regulations are being implemented and observed at the project site.
• Participate in the process of risk assessment
• Reporting to the Ops manager, and project engineer on the progress

• Supervising ESP installation and pulling services with Y tool, EFT connection,
shrouds, and splicing cable
• Supervising Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SWB and VSD
• Checks and calculations required of surface voltage, designates proper transformer connections
and wire size, sets up surface equipment, and ensures system safety devices are installed and
functioning. Starts and monitors voltages, amperage, and production rates. Sets operating
parameters on the surface controller
• Supervising daily monitoring of ESP operating wells with fault finding and troubleshooting
• Diagnose problems and recommend or implement appropriate solutions for surface problems
• - Ordering equipment that is necessary for the project at hand, scheduling delivery of the equipment, and
reviewing the equipment budget
• Record all ESP data and maintain a correct database
• Manage the day-to-day field operations of the assigned work team.
• Manage the work schedules of the field staff, adjusting them as needed Ultimately
• Providing leadership to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other parties.
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
• Conducting on-the-job training for field personnel as required.

Perform installation/pulling of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and associated equipment including
(Packer, Y-tool, and shroud)
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and testing downhole ESP equipment to maximize well productivity and ESP run
life.
• Performs basic well production analysis and repair of equipment and tests
• splices, and repairs cable
• pre-commission and commission for ESP system
• install and prepare VSD and perform inspection and no-load test before sending it to the field
• Prepares paperwork to include IFTA reports, billable and non-billable hours
• technical support field team and handling non-regular installations such as (Y-tool, shroud, and Packer)
• Prepare supporting documents for the job (job safety analysis, risk assessment, and standard
operating procedures
• Review and update job related documents and reports
• focal point between service supervisor and service engineers
• Prepare ESP equipment and perform PDI (pre-delivery inspection
• keep sensitive equipment in good condition and send them for calibration of required
• Training the field team to maintain the quality of service provided

Supervise and train junior engineers on conducting ESP installation, monitoring and troubleshooting
activities.
• Representing the company on daily operation meetings with the client.
• tracking equipment and tools.
• Preparing operation reports to clients and field manager.
• Perform electrical Submersible Pumps installation and pull-out. (Regular installation, Y-tool, Packer,
shroud, and Well-head penetrator)
• Pre-delivery inspection “PDI” and preparing consumables according to the well’s design.
• Supervising the loading/unloading and transportation of ESP equipment to the Rig site.
• Conducting HSE and Job Preparation Meetings with the installation team, rig crew, and Company Man
• Conducting the installation/pull-out job as per company and industry standards and preparing the job
reports and service tickets accordingly.
• Commissioning and start-ups of new wells.
• VSD and transformers inspection.
• Conducting No-Load test for the VSD.
• Calculate the required motor voltage and adjust VSD settings accordingly.
• Calculating Over/Under voltage limits, and Over/Under load limits and adjust the VSD accordingly.
• Supervise VSD energize and ensure the required power supply
• Monitor start-up and running parameters to be within the recommended operation range (ROR).

Perform ESP “PDI”, installation, pullout, commissioning, and monitoring.
• Assembling VSD SUBCO, Canadian advanced, and NOVOMET skids and performing the
associated cabling and wiring between the drives, transformers, control panels, high voltage chocks,
backspin relay, and load filters.
• Involved in pre-commissioning, commissioning, setting, and start-up of the VSD drive
• ESP monitoring and troubleshooting and ensuring system safety devices are installed and
functioning.
• “DIFA” and safety reports.
• Commissioning and start-ups of new wells .
