As a production lead, my primary role is to oversee and manage the entire production process within my organization. I'm responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of the production team to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.

My work requires strong leadership skills, as I'm responsible for motivating and guiding my team to achieve their goals. I must also possess excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
