•Report to Project Manager. Fully aware of the Contract.
•Review, monitor and report on financial status.
•Liaise with Consultant’s staff and Department in respect of financial matters and as necessary.
•Review and study contractual requirements and greements.
•Measure work-done, materials on site, etc; and prepare valuations in accordance with Department’s procedures.
•Assist-Prepare the Method Statements, Manhole Production Detail with coordination with the consultants.
•Evaluate and administer Change Orders, Variations, laims, Extension of Time and Day works.
•Ensure work is executed in accordance with the specifications
•Ensure all procedures as required by the Contract are followed.
•Check and finalize the quantity of materials needed at site.
•Check the preparation of the detailed quantity estimation as per plan and specification for tender submittals.
•Prepare & submit billings/valuations, cost reporting & control, variations & claims, cost reconciliation, subcontracts.
•Checking and Assuring that the contract specification has been Observed and implemented at the project.
•Check and approved/disapproved actual work at project site.
