Maintain the General ledgers & its relative sub-ledgers.
• Fixed Asset register.
- Handles monthly and yearly closing process, prepare monthly Trial Balance and prepare monthly
financial statements.
• Liaise with external auditors.
• Monthly reconciliation with banks.
• Taxation.
• Receivable :
• Handling accounts receivable (invoicing-Credit & Debit Memo - Collection - Clients Confirmation -
Aging Analysis).
• Prepare Monthly Sales Tax declaration and Payments.
• Payable :
• Handling accounts payable / Review Monthly payable.
• Petty cash and expense management.
• Liaise with banks & follow up of outstanding matters.
• Prepare quarterly with-holding tax declaration.
