Collect and manage project team, manage budget, allocate project resources, Create schedule and project timeline, Track deliverables

Lead in the development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring. Ensure regular feedback is shared with staff including timely completion of employee performance appraisals. Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential. Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements. Provide leadership to positively influence change. Establish, update, and communicate the Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation

Development and Implementation of the Spatial Management System and Urban Planning Priorities Tabuk municipals, and all related municipalities Primary Duties and Responsibilities Plan the project • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project • Determine the resources (time, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project • Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities • Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required • Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion

Manage process improvement initiatives assessing current and future state solutions contributing to improving the success of the Project Portfolio. • Act as an advocate for Enterprise Program Delivery in applying methodology, processes and tools in adopting best practices for Project delivery. • Act as an internal quality control check for the project; apply thorough stage gating throughout all phases of a project to driving consistency. • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization • Liaise with Steering committees, VPs, Directors, project sponsors and strategic partners. • Interview, select, and manage key project team resources (including externals) • Participate in defining success criteria, metrics, test and deployment management methodologies
